Vision Insurance

A vision insurance policy is not the same as medical insurance.  Medical insurance covers eye injuries, diseases and ocular symptoms.  Vision insurance, on the other hand, covers routine vision care, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses.

We bill both medical insurance and routine vision insurance.  The insurance we will use is determined by the reason for your visit.

Insurance Plans we accept:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross
  • Cigna
  • Cofinity
  • Davis
  • Eyemed
  • First Look
  • Health Alliance Plan (HAP)
  • Heritage
  • Medicare
  • Spectera
  • Superior Vision
  • Prudential
  • United Healthcare
  • Vision Direct
  • Vision Benefits of America (VBA)
  • Vision Service Plan (VSP)

We accept other plans as well, so if you do not see your plan listed here, please give us a call. Our staff is always available to help with any questions regarding your benefits.

  • Vision insurance is designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision-related services at a reduced cost. Learn about types of plans, coverage and payment options.
  • Make the most of your vision insurance plan by understanding your particular vision coverage.
  • As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, the nation's leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your procedure immediately—then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.
